Sarah Spear is a Director of Curtis Brown, joining the company in 2002 from London Management. She has worked in drama publicity at the BBC and began her career as an agent at ICM. 

Grace Clissold joined London Management as Sarah Spear's assistant and moved with her to Curtis Brown in 2002. Now an agent herself, Grace represents actors in film, television and theatre.

Grace and Sarah work together as co-agents representing actors in film, television and theatre.
