Andy Wolton

Andy started writing comedy in 2009 because he was rubbish at jobs. His first script won a national BBC sit-com competition and was read at an Edinburgh Festival showcase where he was mentored by Jeremy Dyson. 

In 2011 he was awarded the prestigious BBC Radio writer's bursary and has written for and script edited a host of Radio comedies including The News Quiz and The Now Show. 

He writes for 2012 Sony Award winning podcast Do The Right Thing and has projects in development with Radio 4 and BBC3.
