Ben Bond started his professional career as a radio producer, hitting success with his work on a number of award-winning Radio 1 shows.

He now writes drama and comedy for both television and film. Recently Ben has worked on an original series for Company Pictures and the BBC titled Max Cable, and an original series for Big Talk and the BBC titled Metal. He has also written an episode of Skins: Season 6.

In 2010 Ben carried out a rewrite on the feature Killing Bono which was picked up by Paramount Pictures and stars Ben Barnes, Robert Sheehan and Pete Postlethwaite. Ben's original feature ZOOM co-written with director Lindy Heymann has received development funding from the UK Film Council. His latest film Land of The Giants received development funding from Northern Ireland Screen.

Ben is also the Creative Director and co-founder (with Perrier-Award winning comedian James Rawlings) of multi-award winning comedy production company Hoot Comedy. Their first production Tooty's Wedding won a place at Sundance 2012.
