Joanna Briscoe
Joanna Briscoe's first novel, Mothers and Other Lovers, won the Betty Trask Award in 1995 and her second, Skin, was the runner-up for the Encore Award. Her short stories have featured in several anthologies. She contributes regularly to many publications including The Guardian, The Independent, and The Sunday Times and is broadcast on BBC Radio 4, She lives in London with her family.
Her most recent novel, Sleep With Me, was published by Bloomsbury (2005).
