John Harris is a journalist who regularly contributes to The Guardian, The Observer, The New Statesman, The Times and Rolling Stone. He's also a regular panelist on Newsnight Review.
He is the author of The Last Party: Britpop, Blair and the Demise of English Rock (2002), which is published by 4th Estate and was long-listed for the Guardian First Book Award. He lives in Hay-on-Wye.
His latest book, a comprehensive guide to all things rock and roll,will be published by Litte, Brown in 2009.
