Adele Parks
Adele Parks was born in Teeside, Northeast England, and read English at Leicester University.
She worked in advertising and management consulting before becoming a full-time novelist. Her first novel, Playing Away (2000), was a hit and that year she was named by the Evening Standard as one of London's ‘Twenty Faces to Watch'. Her subsequent novels, Game Over, Larger than Life, The Other Woman's Shoes, Still Thinking of You, Husbands, Young Wives' Tales and Tell Me Something were all bestsellers.
Her latest novel, Love Lies, is published by Penguin in 2009.
Adele lives in Surrey with her family.
