Caroline Sandon

Caroline Sandon’s writing began in earnest when Freddie the fox, a character in one of her children’s stories, actually arrived in the stables and went to sleep in the straw. To her children this small event was the miracle they had been waiting for; to Caroline herself, it was a sign. From then on the stories kept on coming.

For the last thirteen years Caroline has lived with her three children and four step children at Burnt Norton in Gloucestershire with her husband Conroy the 8th Earl of Harrowby, her two spaniels and several horses. She has previously worked as an interior designer and used to be a model. A pen is never far from her side.

Her first novel, Burnt Norton, will be published by Head of Zeus in 2013.
