Christine Gernon

Christine has directed some of the most successful comedy series of the last two decades and directed all three series of the BAFTA award winning comedy series, Gavin & Stacey.

In 2010, she directed the first series of Grandma's House for Tiger Aspect/BBC2, starring Simon Amstell.

Recent credits include comedy drama series Sugartown, which aired on BBC One, Channel 4/Objective sitcom pilot Felix and Murdo starring Alexander Armstrong & Ben Miller and the second series of Grandma's House.

Christine recently directed Sky Arts Comedy Playhouse Nellie and Melba for Sprout Pictures and is currently directing Hebburn, a new 6-part comedy series for BabyCow/BBC2.
