Biography

Christine has directed some of the most successful comedy series of the last two decades and directed all three series of the BAFTA award winning comedy series, Gavin & Stacey.

In 2010, Christine directed the first series of Grandma's House for Tiger Aspect/BBC2, starring Simon Amstell, which gained a British Comedy Award nomination and in 2012 she returned to direct the second series.

Recent credits include Rebecca Front's Little Cracker for Sky One, 6-part comedy series Hebburn for Baby Cow/BBC2 and festive comedy-drama Panto! starring John Bishop for ITV1.

Christine has directed the likes of New Girl and The Goldbergs in America, and the second series of the suffragette sitcom Up The Women starring Jessica Hynes for BBC Four and new comedy The Kennedys, written by Emma Kennedy. Christine is currently directing and co-exec-producing new US series Speechless for ABC.
