Clara is a writer for screen and stage

She penned the script for the Janis Joplin feature for Film 4 and is adapting St Mazie for TV with Fable Pictures. As a playwright, Clara's work has been performed at the Soho Theatre, Southwark Playhouse, York Theatre Royal, The Duke's Theatre, the Arcola Theatre and the Traverse Theatre. Her critically acclaimed play Spine, which was a Fringe First winner in 2014 and winner of the Herald Angel Award, is produced by Foolscap in association with Soho Theatre and revives this autumn.

Spine tingles with grim, brutal honesty, without ever recoiling from reality
