Dan was formerly a top advisor to Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. During the administration of George W. Bush, Dan was based in Baghdad for over a year where he served as senior Pentagon advisor to the Coalition in Iraq. Dan has written analytical pieces for The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and The Washington Post, and is a frequent guest on "Fareed Zakaria GPS" and "CBS This Morning". A graduate of Harvard Business School, today Dan is an investment executive based in New York City.
