The show challenged some of Britain’s top chefs to tackle the nation’s problem with food wastage, and create a delicious banquet for over 60 VIPs using food that the rest of us don't want. Matthew Fort, Prue Leith and Oliver Peyton joined Jay to decide which dishes should go onto the menu for the lavish banquet designed to prove that saving scraps is good.
