Sarah was key to the creation and development of structured reality as a genre in the UK, with enormously successful shows including The Only Way Is Essex, Made In Chelsea, and the Real Housewives of Cheshire to
her name.  

Sarah is currently a commissioning consultant at Channel 4, and oversees shows such as Flirty Dancing and Shipwrecked.
