Tim is a writer and theatre-maker. He is co-founder of Made In China where he has created several acclaimed works including 2015’s Tonight I’m Gonna Be The New Me (Soho Theatre). Made In China’s work has been commissioned by National Theatre, Warwick Arts Centre and Battersea Arts Centre and performed across the UK, in Europe and USA. Tim’s solo work has been staged at Young Vic, Soho Theatre, Bush Theatre and The Public Theater (NYC), and developed at the National Theatre Studio. He has recently collaborated with theatre-makers ThickSkin, Barnaby Stone and Nick Walker, and is currently developing a new play supported by Old Vic New Voices/Shoreditch Town Hall. Tim leads courses and workshops at theatres and universities across the UK, and has an MA in Writing For Performance from Goldsmiths University (Arts and Humanities Research Council scholarship).
