It is also a fascinating and honest look at why feedback feels so hard, and a look at the framework and tools needed to metabolize challenging information and use it to fuel real change. Pull will be the first book to assert that receiving feedback well is a skill: it can be fraught, but it can be taught.

The authors have spent the last ten years teaching people how to create "pull". They've worked with global corporations, non-profits, NGO's, governments, universities, and families. They've trained thousands of people, from CEOs and sales teams, to factory workers, scientists, theologians, and surgeons.
