Profile

Harriet is an experienced TV drama writer.

She has a wealth of prime-time credits to her name including both series of the hit BBC series Call the Midwife and Mistresses. She is currently developing a number of originals alongside writing an adaptation of Alan Bradley’s The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie for BBC1 with Neal Street.

Harriet also has experience of writing for a family audience, and wrote on the critically acclaimed CITV drama, The Fugitives, about an ordinary teenager who questions his own identity when he discovers his father is secretly carrying out human cloning.

Previously Harriet worked as a journalist writing for The Times and The Independent on Sunday. She is writing her first novel.
