Biography

Ian Caldwell is a Princeton-educated writer whose first novel, The Rule of Four, became one of the bestselling debuts of the decade. His fiction has been profiled on the front page of the New York Times and Washington Post, and on the front cover of The New York Review of Books and The New Republic.

He, his wife, and their three sons live near Washington, D.C.
