James Farrell and Adam Kay

Adam and James are a versatile comedy writing duo who work across TV, radio and stage.

James’ background is in scripted comedy development and production at the BBC. He has worked on a number of hit, prime-time shows and is also an experienced script editor.

After a brief, ill-advised, career as a doctor, Adam went into stand-up comedy and music production and is part of the musical comedy act The Amateur Transplants (‘this made me very, very happy’ Stephen Fry).
