John Wright

John Wright is a widely respected wild food expert. A regular contributor on Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage  programmes for Channel 4, particularly as guest mushroom expert, he also participates in a number of courses at River Cottage's Dorset HQ.

A cabinet maker by trade, John is the author of three of the renowned River Cottage Handbooks, as well as his own independent forays into the world of identifying wonderful things.

John lives in Dorset.
