I worked at Sony Music before embarking on a career in artist management and joined Curtis Brown in early 2012.
Whilst building my own list of presenting talent here at Curtis Brown I aim to provide opportunities to talent and identify revenue streams that sit alongside their core business. I am spearheading a new programme to bring factual content from Curtis Brown clients into televison programming. I have experience in branding and implementation of brand licensing programmes and seek to identify assets at the agency that lend themselves to licensing.
My ethos is simple: talent comes first and I care little for executives who think differently.
Away from the office I am a passionate rugby fan, and with a Welsh mother and English father I have learned much about diplomacy and bring that rich experience to talent management.
