Katie Douglas

Katie is a prize-winning, experienced scriptwriter whose work has spanned drama and comedy both here and in the States.

She currently has several new original comedy and drama projects in development and is taking part in the BBC Drama Academy.

As a playwright, she has worked with a number of theatres including Liverpool Everyman, the RSC, the Soho and Southwark Playhouse and her work has been shortlisted for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize. She recently participated in the Orchard Project in New York with Paines Plough and collaborated with them for their Play, Pie, Pint Season.
