Kitty Sewell was born in Sweden, educated in Spain, and emigrated to Canada in her late teens. She has practised a variety of professions, the most dignified being Notary Public, and the most enduring being psychotherapy and stone carving. She was an agony aunt for various newspapers for fifteen years before embarking on more interesting forms of writing.
Kitty divides her time between Wales and Spain, where she owns and runs a fruit plantation and sculpts and writes, in much better weather conditions than in Wales.
Kitty has also written Hector's Talent For Miracles (Honno 2007) under the pseudonym Kitty Harri.
