Leone Ross writes both full-length fiction and short stories.
Her first novel All The Blood Is Red was long-listed for 1997 Orange Prize for Fiction. In 2008, she was named runner-up in the V.S Pritchett Memorial Prize competition for her short story, Love Silk Food.
Her short fiction has been published in a variety of collections, in both the UK and the US. She is also co-editor of Whispers In The Walls: Black & Asian Voices (Tindal Street Press). Ross is presently the convenor of the Creative Writing programme at Roehampton University in London.
