Liz Elwes

Liz Elwes has worked at an auction house, a computer dating agency, an art gallery and as a tea lady (a job from which she was fired for reading novels instead of wheeling the trolley round).

Primarily a teenage fiction writer, Liz created the popular series the Style Sisters for Piccadilly, along with a number of books for Stripes, including Bumpy Rides, Slippery Slopes and Starry Nights.

She now lives in north London with her husband and four children, and works as a teacher.
