Lucy Moore is a film and television writer whose first script, Gone, was awarded the BBC3 New Filmmaker Award 2003 and was described by one editing commissioner as "the best first script she had ever seen".

Lucy has since featured as one of Screen International's Stars of Tomorrow and in 2007 won the Golconda/Script Factory Horror Competition with her chiller script, Lullaby, which was then picked up by Miramax.

In 2009, she was asked to adapt Daphne du Maurier's short story, The Apple Tree, for BBC4 and is currently developing an original feature.
