Cast Offs starts on Channel 4

The new six-part comedy drama Cast Offs starts on Channel 4 on 24th November. Tony Roche co-wrote all six episodes of the new series and episodes 1, 5 and 6 have been directed by Amanda Boyle.

Cast Offs is a six-part drama abotu a group of disabled people sent to a remote British island to take part in a reality TV series.

The Times has called it, "A brilliantly observed comedy drama and a breakthrough in television's depiction of disabled people". It "promises to rewrite the rules on how disability is portrayed by mainstream drama", says The Guardian, while Time Out call it "insightful, affecting and honest".
