In The Loop has triple win at Scottish Baftas

In The Loop, co-written by Tony Roche, has won three prizes at the Scottish BAFTA Awards, which were announced on 8th November 2009.

Tony, along with the rest of the writing team, won the Best Screenplay Award for the comedy, which follows UK-US diplomatic relations in the run up to a war.

Armando Ianucci won Best Director and Peter Capaldi won Best Performance for his portrayal of the king of spin and master of swearing, Malcolm Tucker.
