National Theatre extends London Road run

London Road, the critically acclaimed new documentary musical from Alecky Blythe and directed by Rufus Norris, is to extend its run at the National Theatre.

The production, which had its world premiere at the Cottesloe Theatre on the 17th April, will run for a further eight weeks from the 4th July 2011.

Starring Kate Fleetwood and Rosalie Craig, London Road uses Alecky's verbatim theatre methods to explore how the community responded to the murders by Steve Wright in 2006.
