Walliams & Friend begins on BBC One

The first full season of Walliams & Friend, David Walliams’ sketch show co-created and co-written by the Dawson Brothers, starts on BBC One on Friday 25th November.

The series is directed by Matt Lipsey and also features further writing from George Jeffrie and Bert Tyler-Moore, with script editing from Kevin Cecil

The series, which has a different guest starring alongside Walliams every week, kicks off at 9.30pm on BBC One with Jack Whitehall appearing as the first ‘Friend’ of the series. Other guests will include Harry Enfield, Award-winning actress Sheridan Smith, and Hugh Bonneville in the series' Christmas Special.

The pilot was screened as a Christmas special in 2015 with Joanna Lumley.
