Nicola
Behrman is a producer and writer for film and television. Born and raised in London, she worked for the BBC before
moving to New York to work on Martin Scorcese's six part series, The Blues.
As a producer Nicola has worked on renowned documentaries, including Brainman and The Trials of Henry Kissinger. She is the author of Spark Your Career in Film, a guide to the film industry, which was published in May 2007, and also writes regular features for The Independent in the UK and for Moving Pictures Magazine in the US. In 2009, she adapted Jenny Colgan's bestselling novel Where Have All The Boys Gone for Phoenix Pictures.
In 2002 Nicola set up Stellar Network, a transatlantic network for film, theatre and TV professionals.
