Rachel Hore

Born in Epsom, Surrey, Rachel Hore worked in London publishing for many years, latterly as Senior Editorial Director, Fiction, at HarperCollins Publishers. Since 2001 she has lived in Norwich with her husband, writer and critic D J Taylor, and their three sons.

She works as a freelance editor, teaches at the University of East Anglia, and reviews regularly for the Guardian, The Independent on Sunday and the Literary Review.
