Richard Cork is an art critic, historian, broadcaster and exhibition organiser.

His books include a two-volume study of Vorticism, awarded the John Llewelyn Rhys Prize and a four volume collection of his critical writings on modern art: Everything Seemed Possible: Art in the 1970s; New Spirit, New Sculpture, New Money: Art in the 1980s; Breaking Down the Barriers: Art in the 1990s and Annus Mirabilis?: Art in the Year 2000 was published by Yale University Press in 2003.
