Robert Glenister, Rupert Simonian and Gerard Horan star in Appropriate Adult

Rupert Simonian, Robert Glenister and Gerard Horan all star in Appropriate Adult, a two-part drama for ITV1 about Janet Leach, the Gloucester housewife who played a key role in the uncovering of the crimes of Fred and Rosemary West.

Centring on the period between Fred West's arrest and his suicide in 1995, Appropriate Adult explores Leach's role in police interviews within the investigation.

Rupert Simonian plays Josh Leach, the son of Janet Leach who becomes increasingly disturbed at his mothers involvement with Fred West, while Robert Glenister plays Detective Superintendent John Bennett and Gerard Horan, Howard Ogden in the second episode.

Appropriate Adult can be seen on Sunday 3rd September and Sunday 11th September on ITV1 at 9.00 and also on ITVplayer.
