Rosie Goodwin has worked for social services for many years both as a foster carer and a Placement Support worker. She has four children and lives in Nuneaton in Warwickshire with her husband and her four dogs.

Writing has always been one of the main loves of her life, and her first novel was published by Headline in 2004. She has since written a number of classic, contemporary and historical sagas. Rosie is now rated amongst the top 100 most borrowed library authors in the UK. She now writes full time and some of her books have been translated abroad.

    So thrilled I've climbed to number 45 in the most borrowed UK library charts. Also in top twenty most borrowed adult charts.
