Sasha Wilkins shortlisted for Red's Hot Women Awards 2011

Sasha Wilkins has been shortlisted as Best Blogger, for her international blog, LibertyLondonGirl, in Red's Hot Women Awards for 2011.

The awards, which take place on Wednesday 23 November at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, honour British women who have shown impressive talent, success and imagination in their fields of work.

Also nominated in the Blogger category is Betty Herbert for her blog, author Rosamund Lupton for the Returner Award, Rosie Garthwaite is nominated in the Media category for her reporting on Al Jazeera news, and playwright Ella Hickson is tipped as a Woman to Watch.

The judging panel for this year’s awards include some of the most inspiring professional women in Britain including; Sam Baker, Editor-in-Chief, Red magazine, Miriam Gonzalez Durantez, Partner, DLA Piper, Gillian Tett, US managing editor, Financial Times, Lorna Clarke, Network Manager Radio 2 & 6, Karren Brady, Vice-Chairman, West Ham Utd FC, Sarah Brown, Charity Campaigner, Karen Mattison MBE, Director, Women Like Us, Anya Hindmarch MBE and Kirsty Dale, Public Relations Director, Coty Prestige UK.
