Sean Grundy

Sean is an accomplished writer, director and producer. He began his career at Granada writing and developing shows with Paul Whitehouse, Charlie Higson and Caroline Ahearne.

Sean has a background in documentaries, his credits include Channel 4's Cutting Edge: The F***ing Fulfords and two hour factual drama Hindenburg for Pioneer/Channel 4.

His drama directing credits include the BAFTA nominated hit series Teachers and the cult hit Sugar Rush, which won an International Emmy.

He also writes drama for radio and has written a number of plays for BBC Radio 4. His dark comedy The Recordist was recently nominated for a Sony Radio Academy Award. 

Sean has spent the last few years developing drama for Pioneer Productions - and has now returned to directing.

He has an original zombie television series Dead Mall in development with Warp Films.
