Property expert Simon O’Brien fronted Channel 4’s daytime series: Sealed Bid.

Each week Simon followed people buying and selling property through the sealed-bid process. With just weeks to sell their houses, vendors and agents must organize open days in order to create a sense of competition for interested parties, before asking them to make a full and final bid on the property. Sealed Bid therefore captured the perspective of the seller, estate agent and potential buyer, as they all vie to get the best deal.
