Tena Stivicic is a Croatian-born writer living in London
since 2003 whose plays have been produced in many European countries and won numerous awards. Her play Fragile was produced at the Arcola Theatre in 2007 to critical acclaim.
Tena is currently under commission with the Birmingham Rep. Her play Invisible, a
co-production between Transport and New Wolsey Theatre continues to tour in the UK in January 2012 and is being developed into a feature film.
Tena has worked as a writer-in-residence on a guest scholarship at Bern, Switzerland and was selected as part of the Paines Plough / Film Four Future Perfect scheme in 2004. She has since been chosen as part of The 50, a bursary and master class scheme organised by the Royal Court and the BBC for talented young writers.
