Nick Marston is Managing Director of the Media Division and joined Curtis Brown from AP Watt in 1997. He represents screenwriters, playwrights, film and television directors as well as literary material for screen.
Nick is upholding a family tradition as an agent - his grandmother was a literary agent for, among others, Samuel Beckett and Enid Blyton. A former publisher and writer of GQ's book pages, Nick's first job was at Waterstone's writing their literary diary. He is a member of BAFTA, The European Film Academy and is also chief executive of Cuba Pictures.
Tally Garner joined Curtis Brown in 2000. She represents writers and directors for film, theatre and television and also negotiates the sale of film and television rights for the book department. Tally worked previously in the industry with casting directors and on commercials in production.
