I represent authors in both the children’s and adult marketplace. On the adult side, I’m interested in prescriptive and narrative non-fiction in the categories of popular science, food/cookbooks, popular culture, memoir, religion, art, and women’s issues (however defined). On the children's side, I’m looking for young adult and middle grade fiction with a particular fondness for tall tales, puzzle-solving mysteries, paranormal/dystopian adventure, and gothic love stories.
I have a B.A. from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, an M.F.A. from Brooklyn College in New York, and currently serve on the board of the Rutgers University Council on Children's Literature. Prior to joining ICM in 2003, I was with the Ellen Levine Literary Agency/Trident Media and the Karpfinger Agency. Originally from Gorham, Maine, I now live in Brooklyn Heights, New York, with my husband and son.
