Tom Holland

Tom recently finished filming the leading role of Lucas in the feature film The Impossible directed by J.A Bayona. The film stars Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor and is based on a true story about the tsnami which hit the coast of Thailland in 2004.

Prior to being cast in the role, Tom had been performing as Billy in the West End smash hit, Billy Elliot, directed by Stephen Daldry. Tom made some 10 appearances as Michael and then took over the role of Billy, as which he performed over 150 times in a 20 month period. Tom  acquired all the necessary skills that are needed to perform the role of Billy, and is fully trained in ballet, contemporary and tap dance, acrobatics and gymnastics. He has a good ear for accents and has had extensive voice/accent coaching, he is also a proficient and trained singer. He enjoys all sports, including rugby, golf, tennis and skiing.

Tom lives in London with his parents and three brothers.
