I started my career in publishing at The Wylie Agency weeks after completing my degree in Modern Languages at Oxford University. I was at The Wylie Agency for a year before moving to Japan to teach English. After two fantastic years in southern Kyushu, I returned to London and joined David Higham Associates in 2008 as an assistant in the Film & TV department where I covered for an agent during her maternity leave.

I joined Curtis Brown in July 2009. I work with closely Kate Cooper on her wonderful list including the authors we represent on behalf of Curtis Brown Australia, and also handle the translation rights for my own list of clients and literary estates.
