Vito Rocco's feature films, short films, music videos, work for television and the theatre have won numerous awards, including Best Film at the BAFTA Short Film Showcase, Best Live Action Film at the Palm Springs Film Festival, Best Short at the Bermuda Film Festival, as well as nominations for The British Comedy Awards, Rose D’Or and BAFTA Craft Awards and MTV Best Video at the Ericksson Music Awards.

His television credits include the comedy drama The Last Chancers for Channel 4, and Suburban Shootout for Channel 5.

Vito’s first feature, Faintheart, starring Eddie Marsan, Ewen Bremner and Jessica Hynes, won the MySpace MovieMashUp competition, and was nominated for the Carl Forman Award and the Standard Life Audience Award at the 2008 Edinburgh International Film Festival, where it was the Closing Night Gala film.

Vito is currently developing his second feature film, The Show Must Go On, a comedy set in the world of amateur talent shows, for Vertigo Films and Screen West Midlands.
