Will's first independent production The Apology Line was an experimental short documentary he devised and shot with colleague and fellow filmmaker James Lees, went on to win a number of awards on the festival circuit including Prix UIP Best European Short Film at the Cork International Film Festival, and was shown at Cannes and Sundance in 2008.
Since then he has worked on various short film and documentary projects that have ranged from Channel 4’s 3-minute wonder series and the BBC’s New Music Shorts scheme. His first UK Film Council funded short film Dead Hungry won Best Horror Short at LIFF 2010. His second UK Film Council funded short Extraordinary Feats Of The Seventh Period was screened at the internationally acclaimed Brief Encounters Film festival.
Will is currently working on features for Film 4, Wellington Films and a new original Lupus. His new short, Shallow, is in post-production
Will is also a music video director.
