Jessica Morgan is a British NCTJ-accredited journalist, Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 candidate, writer, editor, broadcaster, speaker and brand consultant from Southend-on-Sea, Essex. She is currently the Deputy Editor of The Face magazine. Previously, she was Refinery29's staff writer and spearheaded R29 Unbothered UK, where she covered breaking news, current affairs, women's issues, sustainability, entertainment, beauty, fashion and lifestyle stories. Her freelance work has been featured in The Times, Grazia, ELLE, Refinery29 UK, Harper's Bazaar, The Independent, Evening Standard, Black Ballad, gal-dem, Soho House, Timeout London, Stylist and Red magazine. 

In 2020, Jessica was shortlisted for the New Journalist of
the Year award at the British Journalism Awards and won second place for VICE EMEA's 'Impact Award. She holds an LLB in law, a Gold Standard NCTJ diploma, speaks five languages and has run four marathons, including the Great Wall of China marathon. A passionate advocate of mental health, she currently stands as an ambassador for Mind, the UK's largest mental health charity. 

She currently resides in Stoke Newington, London, with her
partner and imaginary puggle.
