Biography
Katherine Hunter has recently been on attachment at the Bristol Old Vic and was selected as one of the winners of the BBC Writersroom 10 scheme (2010-2011) working with Paul Ashton and Kate Rowland.
She was Associate Writer at the Salisbury Playhouse in 2010-2011 and, in 2012, she had two productions in Bristol, Bike and Items of Value. She also had a a commission to develop an audio piece for Arnos Vale Cemetery and to work as writer and dramaturg on a Prince's Trust project. Since then she has had work broadcast on Radio 3 and 4.
She is currently developing a play for BBC Radio; is writing a new play for the Bristol Old Vic; and has a further commission to write an audio piece for a domestic violence programme in Gloucestershire.
