Comedy writer for film and television

Katherine Parkinson is an actress and comedy writer. She has worked in theatre, film and television starring in The IT Crowd, Doc Martin and on stage in Seasons Greetings at the National Theatre.

She is currently developing comedy ideas for both film and television and her play Sitting will open at the Arcola Theatre in April 2019 after a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2018.
