A Midsummer Night's Dream

theatre
Role Puck
Director Matthew Dunster
Regents Park Open Air

Matthew Dunster’s Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre production of the Dream gave the play a twist of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.

While the lovers sniped and thumped one another, Oliver’s Puck was a hoodied-BMXer, an image with eerie reminiscence of the London Riots the previous summer. Beneath the hood, however, Oliver was every inch the mythical mischief.
