A Young Doctors Notebook wins Broadcast Award

A Young Doctor's Notebook, written by Mark Chappell, picked up the award for Best Multichannel Programme at the Broadcast Awards.

The four part series for Sky Arts 1 stars Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe as the same character at different ages and is based on the diaries of Mikhail Bulgakov and his experiences as a doctor working in a small Russian village.

The first series originally aired in 2012 delivering the best ever viewing figures for the channel, with the second series returning to Sky Arts 1 in 2013.
