Malcolm Sinclair and Rebecca Humphries go to Temple

Malcolm Sinclair and Rebecca Humphries star in Steve Waters' new play Temple at the Donmar Warehouse.

A fictionalised account of events surrounding the 2011 Occupy London camp that was set up outside St Paul's Cathedral, Temple is directed by Howard Davies.

Malcolm Sinclair plays the Bishop of London, returning to the Donmar for the first time since his appearance in its West End smash of Ivanov (Wyndham’s) and Privates on Parade. Elsewhere, Malcolm has played leads at the National, RSC and in the West End whilst also working consistently in television and film. He has recently finished shooting the feature film Survivor opposite Emma Thompson and The Man Who Knew Infinity opposite Dev Patel.

Rebecca Humphries plays the PA to the Dean of St. Pauls, as played by Simon Russell-Beale. Earlier this year Rebecca won the Audience Award at the 2015 Musical Comedy Awards for her one-woman show Dizney Rascal and will reprise her role in critically-acclaimed Orange Tree production of Pomona, as it transfers to the National Theatre and the Royal Exchange.

Temple runs at The Donmar until 25th of July.
